Returns

Currently, due to the world pandemic we are not accepting returns. However, we can assure you that our pieces are carefully crafted and verified before shipping to ensure quality. As a result of the artisanal craftsmanship process and natural raw materials used to create our pieces, slight color and texture variations are possible, making every piece unique.

If the Mola detailing of your piece suffers any damage, its repair is complimentary.

Shipping

Orders are processed in 2-4 days. We are committed to the adequate and sanitary handling of all our shipments in a safe environment following the biosecurity measures.

Our shipping fees cover general delivery charges. Additional import charges or customs duties are not included and should be covered by the customer. Please always review your shipping information before purchasing as unfortunately, we will not be able to replace any order with a new one free of charge for misspelled shipping or billing information.
